That's the first random quote I got from the Random Quote Generator so I'm going with it as my prompt for a Novembeat and National Solo Album Month (NoSAlMo) challenge.

Well that sounds like a coherent theme. Thanks, Random Quote Generator! My band name is Disposable Time and the album will be called Exchange. The theme will be mid-life crisis, I guess. That might be too "on-the-nose" but they say write what you know, don't they?
